Once you are ready to publish your guide, consider your intended audience as you select a publishing status. For public facing guides, a Published status will allow for access outside the museum and for better discoverability by users. If your guide is intended only for internal or limited use among Museum staff and partners, a Private status allows you to share a link for access while limiting discoverabiltiy.
