The Library and Archives is suspending all interlibrary loan services effective March 16th, 2020 through the end of the month, or until the museum reopens. During that time, you will not be able to request materials through E-ZBorrow or Worldshare. Pending article or chapter scan requests will still be delivered via email, provided they can be filled by an owning library. Any books currently in transit will be processed when services resume.
Libraries around the country are relaxing their overdue policies, so don’t worry about returning any due or overdue materials during the closure. Any books that you haven’t yet picked up from the circulation desk will still be available when we reopen. We’ll work with the lending institutions to adjust due dates as necessary.
If you have any questions about interlibrary loan, please contact Alex Vallejo at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any other questions can be directed to email@example.com, which we will continue to monitor throughout the closure.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Philadelphia Museum of Art borrowers can use our interlibrary loan (ILL) services to access materials not available in the Library & Archives' collections.
Physical items are made available for pickup at the circulation desk. Electronic requests are emailed directly to patrons.

Start your search with E-ZBorrow. Since this service is regional, turnaround time for requests is typically around 2 business days. Sign in here using your library ID (in all caps) to access PALCI's shared consortial catalog. If you're having trouble logging in, please email email@example.com.
Note that you can only borrow print books through E-ZBorrow.
