How to Use the Library Catalog
- To search in our online catalog, please go to library.philamuseum.org.
- Once logged in, use the search box to enter a search term. Click Find.
- On the search results page, you can toggle results based on additional criteria under Refine Results. To learn more about the item, click on the Title you are interested in.
- Clicking on the title will open the record, where you will find more information about the item. Select Permanent Link to retrieve the stable URL.
- Next, select Copy to Clipboard once the Permanent Link appears.
- Once you have found the material(s) that you wish to view during your visit, request a Reading Room Appointment by emailing library@visitpham.org and including the title(s) of the item(s) with their corresponding permanent links. Please refer to the Request an Appointment page for more information about our policies and procedures.
